The Casa Vila-Puig opened its doors in June 2005 with two objectives: on the one hand, to disclose the paintings of the painter from Sant Quirze, Joan Vila-Puig, from the house that saw him born; and on the other hand, to offer the population a Museum of customs of the rural life of the Sant Quirze of the 19th century.
At the same time, the equipment has set up a space to promote and discover the culture and art in the municipality, adapted to the new times. It also has air conditioning, interior courtyard, services for handicapped people and Internet access.
