Modernism in Sentmenat is visible in some houses of the village located in the Passeig d’Anselm Clavé and in the Carrer de Caldes, which were built at the beginning of the 20th century.
One of the most outstanding exponents of modernism of Sentmenat is the municipal cemetery, which stands out especially for the doorway and the decorative elements with the use of the trencadís and several sculptural motifs.
