Museu d’Història de Sabadell

The origin of the Museu d’Història de Sabadell (MHS) comes from the concerns of a group of citizens of different entities interested in preserving the memory of the ancestors through the conservation of archaeological findings discovered in the city and the surroundings.

The most important collections of the Museu d’Història de Sabadell are those which collect the materials which come from the archaeological excavations. Another outstanding collection that preserves the museum is related to the textile activity of the municipality.

The Museu d’Història counts with permanent and temporary room exhibitions, a library that collects publications on local history and a conference hall.
