Can Pobla

? BACK TO MASIES, TOWERS AND CASTLES

The first houses of Can Pobla, or San Esteban del Valle, were built between the 10th and 11th centuries. Before this construction there were a few hamlets that were knocked down to build the new buildings. The donation made by the counts of Barcelona in the Monastery of Sant Llorenç del Munt, on year 1005, already mentions the houses in San Esteban del Valle and its chapel.
