Casa de Cultura Vila-Puig

Joan Vila-Puig is a leading figure of the Catalan landscape painting of the first half of the 20th century. The artist maintained a faithful relationship with the Vallès through paint, which immortalized the landscapes that surrounded him during his childhood.

The birthplace of Vila-Puig has been restored and is currently the headquarters of a cultural facility which hosts a permanent exhibition on the paintings of the artist, a customs museum of St. Quirze rural life in the 19th century and spaces for all kind of art exhibitions and cultural activities.
