Located in the middle of the Parc de Sant Jordi, the Masia Freixa is a Gaudí-inspired building built by the architect Lluís Muncunill i Parellada between 1905 and 1910. The masia was built on the structure of an old textile factory of the Industrialist Josep Freixa, who later turned it into his family home. Of its structure it stands out the rounded profiles and the use of the parabolic arch, which make the building one of the architectural jewels of the Modernist heritage of Terrassa.
The Masia Freixa has a hall, a lobby and an outdoor porch, available for different events. Noteworthy is its uniqueness, originality and exclusivity, by which it becomes a unique building within Modernism.
