La Faràndula

Located in the grounds of the old garden Duran of Sabadell, La Faràndula theatre was inaugurated on December 30, 1956 after the youth theatre group La Faràndula pushed, using a popular subscription of shares, its construction. This group managed the theatre until 1972, when the City Council of Sabadell acquired it to turn it into the municipal theatre of the city.

The building, with a capacity of 1,069 people, occupies a surface area of 2,040 meters and is divided into three sections: the halls, the stallss and the stage box.
