Park of Vallparadís

The Park of Vallparadís crosses the city of Terrassa, from North to South. With a surface area of more than 395.207 square metres and a length of 3.5 kilometres, is one of the largest urban parks of Catalonia. In the mid-20th century, the Park of vallparadís was declared a Historical Artistic Monument by the Government of the State.

USES, SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT

The Park of Vallparadís has a lake where you can have a boat trip, a swimming pool open to the public during the summer, healthy children’s play areas, fountains, toilets, cafés and restaurants, as well as picnic areas perfect for lunch and to have a rest in the open air. The park is accessible for people with disabilities, it has ramps in several of its accesses and it also has elevators.

DON’T MISS…

There are a lot of museums and heritage spaces that are located within the park, such as the Museu de Terrassa, the Centre de Documentació i Museu Tèxtil, the Castell-Cartoixa de Vallparadís and the monumental complex of the churches of Sant Pere.
